Acceptable Page Formats (fax)

We accept the document formats listed below for fax broadcasts:

• Adobe Acrobat (PDF)
  Note: If submitting in a PDF format, please ensure that any NON True Type fonts are embedded into the document. This will ensure that no font substitution occurs.



• Plain text (TXT)



• Fax format Tiff (TIF)
  Note: Some high resolution or multipage TIFs are not supported. Please convert your file to a Jpg or insert in to a Word document if your fax fails to convert.



• Microsoft Word (DOC/DOCX)
  Note: Mac users should save their Word document in PC format and submit this version of the document for your broadcast



• Microsoft Excel (XLS/XLSX)
  Note: Mac users should save their document in PC format and submit this version of the document for your broadcast



• Microsoft Powerpoint (PPT/PPTX)
  Note: Mac users should save their document in PC format and submit this version of the document for your broadcast



• JPEG (JPG)
