To start a new broadcast, choose a list to send to from Media Lists, WEL Lists or My Lists. You can send to, create and manage your personal lists by choosing an option under My Lists. If you have started a broadcast, but have not completed it, you can continue it by choosing 'Continue Existing' under Job Management. You can view the progress of any broadcast not yet complete by choosing 'View Progress' under Job Management. To view reports of complete broadcasts, or delete an incomplete broadcast, choose 'All Jobs' under Reports. To view a history of all complete broadcasts, choose 'Completed Jobs' under Reports. Manage your personal details and view your accounts under My Details. To manage your opt-out lists, go to 'Optout List' under My Lists

Resend Busy Numbers (fax)

Once a fax broadcast job has been completed you will receive a Success Report showing the status of how many recipients were reached and how many were not and why. There are a number of Broadcast Error Codes which explain why some recipients could not receive your document including: Possible Voice, Busy, fax machine out of paper, etc. You will also be able to view the Exception Reports by going into Your Broadcast History and clicking on the underlined job number.

If there are deliveries that were not made, clicking the "Resend" button will launch a new Broadcast of the same document, but just to the destinations that failed. Clicking this button will take you to another screen where you can select the priority or schedule when you want the resends to begin.

If you click the "Resend" button but your broadcast was 100% successful, then the resend will be ignored.

Note: Resend here is limited to one resend to busy destinations (fax only).
