Cancel a Job

A broadcast can be cancelled before delivery begins. Once messages are being sent, cancellation is generally not possible.

How to Cancel a Scheduled Job

  1. Go to Reports › In Progress Jobs
  2. Locate the job — it must show status Scheduled
  3. Click Cancel Job in the last column
  4. Confirm the cancellation when prompted
Immediate broadcasts If you submitted for immediate delivery, messages are typically sent within seconds. To attempt to stop an in-progress broadcast, contact WEL support immediately on 1300 739 939.
