Job Number
Every broadcast is automatically assigned a unique job number you can use to track or enquire about a specific send.
A job number is allocated as soon as a broadcast is submitted. You receive it by email within minutes — for both new broadcasts and Resend Busy requests. Job numbers are also visible in your Broadcast History for up to 240 hours.

Always have your job number ready when contacting WEL support. It is the
fastest way to locate your broadcast in our system.
