Test Your Message

Send a test fax or text-to-speech message to yourself before your broadcast goes out. Testing is recommended but not required.

Why Test?

When your document is converted for fax delivery, fonts, layout and images may render differently from the original. A test confirms the document looks correct before it reaches your entire list.

Test Limits

• Fax broadcasts: up to 3 test sends per broadcast
• Text-to-speech broadcasts: unlimited test listens

My Test Fax Has Not Arrived

Test faxes can occasionally take up to five minutes. If yours has not arrived:

• Check the fax machine is on and set to fax mode (not voice-only)
• Check that paper is loaded and no error is showing
• If still missing after five minutes, contact WEL support on 1300 739 939 with your job number, user ID, number of pages, document title and contact number
