Resend Busy Numbers (Fax)

After a fax broadcast completes, you can retry all recipients that were not reached on the first attempt.

Common reasons a fax may not be delivered on the first attempt:

• Busy line
• Line answered as voice (not fax)
• Fax machine out of paper or switched off
• No answer

How to Resend

1. Go to Reports › Completed Jobs
2. Locate the completed job and click its report link
3. Review the list of undelivered numbers
4. Click Resend Failed to queue a second delivery attempt

The resend job gets a new job number and a fresh success report is emailed on completion.
