Pricing

Our pricing (ex-GST) is volume-based with fax broadcasts ranging from 8 cents per page.

There are no up-front fees and no on-going contracts… you only pay for fax’s delivered. Unlike most competitors, if you provide the wrong number and we connect to a phone line we do not charge. 

Also included (at no charge):

• De-duping facility
• Never busy inbound Fax lines. Each line has many channels assigned so your fax line is never busy.
• No contention outbound Fax. If you send many faxes to the same number, we automatically schedule them in sequence so that they don’t clash with other sends from our system.
• Full reporting on each fax broadcast (viewable online “live” and e-mailed to you upon completion of every broadcast)… including Date/time stamp of the delivered document.
• Ability to schedule jobs for immediate delivery or at a pre-determined time and date.
• Ability to re-send to failed numbers at a later time… that’s after we’ve already attempted multiple times.
• Many formats are available: WORD, PDF, EXCEL, POWERPOINT, TXT, TIF, and JPG.

Our pricing is volume-based with SMS broadcasts at only 8 cents per SMS (outbound: i.e. 1 way or 2 way) for casual, low volume usage and as low as only 3 cents per SMS (+ GST) for large bulk usage. Call us for a quote!

Inbound SMS’s (reply messages from recipients come back to you via email as well as to your WEL USER ID and are viewable online) are free.

There are no up-front fees and no ongoing contracts… you only pay for SMSs sent.

Dedicated Virtual SMS / MMS numbers $20 to Free of charge.

Our pricing (ex-GST) is volume-based with voice broadcasts ranging from 8 cents to landline. Mobile prices are 12 cents.

There are no up-front fees and no ongoing contracts… you only pay for messages that are actually delivered … even if you have a bad number or the phone is always busy. Let us know what you expect to use, and we’ll give you a price that fits your projections.

• Voice mail detection; we wait until the greeting is played, and then we deliver the voice message.
• De-duping facility
• Full reporting on each voice broadcast including call duration, whether the message was played to voicemail, user busy, and no answer (user alerted) statuses.
• Ability to schedule jobs for immediate delivery or at a pre-determined time and date.
• Ability to re-send to failed numbers at a later time… that’s after we’ve already attempted multiple times.
• Choose from over 20 language / gender and dialect variants for Text-to-Speech.

Our pricing (ex-GST) is volume-based with email broadcasts ranging from 4 cents per email for small volumes to as low as only 0.03 cents per email for large volumes.
