Did you know that comms providers charge you whether you connect or not? Not WelCorp!
In today’s modern and fast paced world communication is the lifeblood of any business, reliable communication is non-negotiable in the world of business. From coordinating with remote teams to engaging with clients and customers, the ability to communicate effectively can make or break your company. But how do you balance rising communication costs with reliable communication? In this blog we will review how WelCorp answers that question.
Reliable communication
At WelCorp you only pay for messages that are delivered. This provides two benefits to our customers. First, you’re not paying for dead messages, if it isn’t delivered it costs you nothing. Second, since you only pay WelCorp for delivered messages, we’re highly motivated to ensure your message is always delivered.
So, what steps do WelCorp take to guarantee delivery of your messages?
Cloud Fax
WelCorp has multiple routing options and transmission systems that we utilise to ensure the secure delivery of your fax. If we receive a destination is busy or telephony network error, we automatically retry sending the fax. If we continue to receive errors, we start cycling through different channels until we land on one that works and delivery is successful.
WelCorp also has reliable inbound fax infrastructure that lies on two aggregation points to allow for failover redundancy. Each inbound fax line has multiple channels which allows each line to receive multiple faxes simultaneously. This ensures that our inbound fax lines are never busy.
Voice or Text to Speech
Voice or Text to Speech is your go-to solution for people that only have a landline phone or in emergencies. For standard voice messages the biggest challenge for delivery is voice mail. Many messaging services begin playing the message as soon as the call is answered, which results in much of the message being cut off for voice mail. WelCorps solution to this is voicemail detection. If the recipient doesn’t answer the call and it goes to voicemail, the message is rewound and begins after the voicemail introduction. This ensures the entire message is recorded in the voicemail message.
For emergency situations where an alert must be delivered WelCorp has escalation calls. This places calls one after another until a person either listens to the message or presses a key to acknowledge the message. In the case of voicemail escalation, calls will automatically retry until they are successful. Escalation calls are perfect for emergencies where a message must be delivered to the recipient urgently.
SMS
SMS is a great tool for communicating with customers or clients and it reaches the widest audience possible for a single communication channel. In 2020 95% of adult Australians owned mobile phones. There is a high chance that every one of your customers has a mobile phone in their pocket and that they carry it with them everywhere they go. This means SMS is already a reliable way to communicate with your customers. But how does WelCorp make it more reliable? WelCorp maintains several aggregators and telco endpoint connections. This allows your traffic to be routed where it suits your customers best. Which gives WelCorps services optimal delivery results and reliability for your business, which you can then pass on to your customers.
Conclusion
WelCorp believes reliability is the cornerstone of any business, and it is especially important in the world of communications. Not only does WelCorp extend this to our infrastructure, doing everything we can to ensure the delivery of your messages to your customers, but it extends to our pricing structure. When you choose WelCorp you’re not choosing to just send messages, there are plenty of companies that can do that for you, you’re choosing to have your messages delivered. That is why you’ll never pay for a message that isn’t delivered with us. You need reliability and only pay if we’re reliable, and that reliability is something that you can pass on to your customers and clients!
